A live coding round for technical roles, and a role specific working session for others. Correctness is reported to matter more here than at a typical employer, given the product moves real money.

Onsite loop 4 to 5 interviews
Role specific technical or domain rounds mixed with a behavioural interview. System design at payments scale is reported to come up even for roles one level below where it would elsewhere.
