What "unlimited" actually means
It means unlimited for a person preparing for interviews. There is no counter and you will not hit a wall. There is a fair-use rate limit in place to stop automated abuse, set high enough that no genuine user has ever reached it.

Is this really a one-time payment?
Yes. You pay $19.99 CAD once, you get 90 days of unlimited use, and then it stops. No card is stored for renewal, there is no subscription to cancel, and you will not get an email in three months telling you that you have been charged again.
Can I change a sheet after I have built it?
On Pro, yes. Every sheet lives in your dashboard and reopens exactly as you left it, with your board, your stories and your gaps intact. Swap a story, reword an answer, add the number you went and found, then save. You can also duplicate a sheet, which is how most people prep round two without starting over.
On Free, no. Your one sheet is saved and you can reopen, print and re-send it for as long as you have an account, but it is fixed once you save it. We tell you that before you save, not after.
What happens on day 91?
Your account goes back to the free state. Every sheet you already built stays in your dashboard and you can still read, print and download all of them, however many you made. You just cannot build new ones or edit existing ones until you buy another 90 days.
Nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage.
Is the 50% off really limited?
Yes. $19.99 is the limited time price and it returns to $39.99 when the offer ends. It is a one-time payment either way, so whatever you pay is what you pay. We do not come back for the difference later.
What happens to my CV?
We read it once to pull out the facts: your roles, dates, and the figures you achieved. The file itself is never stored.
Signed out, nothing about it reaches our servers at all, the summary stays in your browser. Once you have an account it is saved against it so later sheets reuse it without re-reading, and there is a button to delete it whenever you like.
Can I get a refund?
Within 14 days, yes, for any reason and without having to explain yourself. Email us and it goes back to the card it came from.
The free sheet exists precisely so that you can judge the thing properly before paying, which is why refund requests are rare.
Do you offer a student or unemployed rate?
Email us and explain the situation. This tool exists for people between jobs, and we would rather you had it than not.
